Class Teacher - Maternity Cover 0.4 FTE
Exciting news! One of our fabulous teachers is having a baby and we couldn’t be happier for her! This means that we would love to welcome an adaptable and welcoming teacher to the Horley Infant School family as part of our maternity cover.
The position would be for two days: Monday would involve teaching in Year 2 and Friday would involve teaching in Year 1. There is also the potential to move to just teaching the one day in year 1 as of the Spring term but this would have to be mutually agreed between the successful candidate and the school closer to the time.
The ideal candidate would be someone who loves the fun that working in an infant school brings and someone who will embrace this opportunity to provide consistency and dynamism to our team. We welcome and encourage candidates to get in touch and visit our school to learn more about the opportunity.
Candidates are also welcome to take a look at our school website to get a flavour about what life at Horley Infant School is like. We think that Horley Infant School is the “place to be” but don’t just take our advert’s word for it - in our latest Staff Wellbeing Survey, our school staff reported an 11% greater level of job satisfaction than the national benchmark. Maybe this could be your moment to join us?
